Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to all services provided to clients outside Taiwan by AETHER INT'L ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company (Business Registration No. 77010307), trading as Leotech ("we"). The actual scope, delivery time and acceptance criteria are set out in the proposal and quote agreed by both parties.

1. What our fees cover

Quotes cover our service fees only. Software licences, platform fees (such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, respond.io, Shopify and WhatsApp Business) and ad spend are paid by the client directly to the vendor and are not included. Quotes are issued in the client’s local currency. Taxes, duties or withholding in the client’s country, if any, are borne by the client.

2. Payment and acceptance

Setup fees are paid in three parts: 20% on signing, 60% at launch when the user guide is delivered, and 20% on acceptance; rush projects are 50% / 30% / 20%. The signing payment is non-refundable once the project has started. The launch payment is due within 7 days of our launch notice. If the client does not raise specific failed items within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notice, the project is deemed accepted. Acceptance criteria and revision rounds are set out in the quote. Monthly fees can be paid monthly, quarterly (5% off) or yearly (10% off), in advance.

3. Access

The client grants access by collaborator invitation or API authorisation and never shares passwords. We remove all access when the project ends. Software accounts are registered in the client’s name, and the systems and data belong to the client.

4. AI customer service

Conversations handed over to a person are handled by the client’s own staff. We configure and maintain the system only and do not reply to customers on the client’s behalf.

5. ERP and accounting

The chart of accounts and tax settings go live only after the client’s accountant confirms they are correct.

6. SEO term

SEO / GEO monthly plans have a minimum term of 6 months. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking.

7. Scope changes

Requirements outside the proposal are quoted as a change order first and carried out only after the client approves.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

Both parties keep confidential any business information obtained from the other while delivering the services. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.

9. Case studies

Clients on the founding client plan agree that we may present the results as a case study with a testimonial.
