ERP and inventory implementation: Zoho Inventory and Odoo

We implement lightweight cloud ERP that connects quotes, orders, purchasing, shipping and stock, and syncs with your CRM and online store. The Starter plan is £2,000 to set up, and accounting and tax settings only go live after your accountant signs them off.

Setup from £2,000 one-off

Tidy warehouse shelves and an inventory sheet on a tablet

Who it's for

Still managing stock in Excel

Stock counts never match and shipments are checked by hand. You want a system that updates in real time.

Selling on several channels

Your website, marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee or Lazada, and your shop all sell at once. You need one synced inventory and no more overselling.

Already on Zoho CRM

You want quotes to flow into orders, shipping and stock, and staying in one ecosystem is the smoothest path.

FAQ

What's the difference between ERP and CRM?

CRM manages customers and the sales process, from leads and follow-ups to quotes. ERP manages operations after the sale: orders, purchasing, shipping, stock and accounting. Connect the two and a won quote becomes an order ready to ship.

Why don't you do SAP or Oracle?

Large ERP projects usually take six months or more with on-site consultants, which doesn't fit our fully online delivery. We focus on lightweight cloud ERP that small businesses can afford and launch quickly.

Can it sync stock with Shopify?

Yes. E-commerce stock sync is £640 per platform and included in the Advanced plan.

Who is responsible for the chart of accounts?

We configure the system, and your accountant confirms the chart of accounts and tax settings before go-live. This is written into the contract.
